Reflections on New Frontiers in Quality

Measuring quality using digital sources and new technology promises better care, better choices and better health. It can also relieve measurement burden on providers—a key consideration given the stress on the health care work force the past few years. In this session, expect to learn why digitizing measurement and care delivery is vital, what’s exciting about new models of diabetes care and care at home, and why the CMS Universal Foundation to align quality measures is a breakthrough.
