Director of Quality and Patient Safety – Inspira Health LIFE
Al’Asia Powell is the Director of Quality and Patient Safety for Inspira LIFE with locations in Vineland, NJ and Williamstown, NJ. In her current role, Al’Asia is responsible for the development and implementation of the annual quality improvement (QI) plan, provides oversight of QI workgroups and communicates quality metrics to regulatory agencies, the board of directors, the Participant Advisory Committee (PAC), providers and other stakeholders. She provides oversight for CMS audit engagement activities and participant satisfaction surveys. In addition to her daily responsibilities, Al’Asia successfully served as the executive sponsor for a major initiative at Inspira LIFE. This initiative was a service area expansion which increased services to participants living in Salem and Gloucester counties, in addition, it contributed to the overall growth and success of healthcare services provided at Inspira LIFE.
