Dr. Allyson Hall is a professor in the Department of Health Services Administration
at the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB) where she serves as director of
graduate programs in health care quality and safety. She is also a co-director of
UAB’s Center for Outcomes and Effectiveness Research and Education (COERE) leading
efforts to establish a learning health system. An experienced researcher and
program evaluator, Dr. Hall’s research primarily focuses on improving care for
individuals living with disabilities, chronic health conditions, or who are
low-income. Dr. Hall holds a PhD in Health Policy from the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg
School of Public Health a MHS/MBA in health care administration from the University
of Florida
