Terri Savino is a NAHQ fellow, a certified professional in healthcare quality and certified professional in patient experience, with 23 years experience in healthcare quality. During a pandemic she was the team leader for implementing the Age-Friendly Health System on the Oncology/Medical Unit. Savino has experience at podium and poster presentations at National Conferences, including: NAHQ, IHI, Magnet, and American Hospital Association (HRET). She is a graduate of Ona M. Wilcox School of Nursing, and received her BSN from Central Connecticut State University, MSN from Sacred Heart University, and DNP at Capella University.
