Program Associate, Office of Community Relations – Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia
Elizabeth Leonard is a Program Associate in the Office of Community Relations at Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia (CHOP) and helps to coordinate CHOP’s Healthier Together Initiative, which includes the Growing Resilience in Teens (GRIT) program and other programs and partnerships that address social determinants of health in West Philadelphia. As part of GRIT’s first year, Leonard was part of the core team focused on quality improvement for GRIT with a goal of increasing participation in GRIT services. Leonard has her Master of Public Health from New York University and has worked in various public health settings including a local health department, philanthropy, and healthcare.
