Heather Pitman, MSPT
Clinical Practice Consultant – HEROES Program
Heather Pitman grew up in NY and attended Touro College for her MS in Physical Therapy. Pitman began her career as an inpatient physical therapist which continues to drive her passion for quality and performance improvement today. She has served as both a managerial consultant and now a clinical practice consultant for the Regional HEROES Program, coordinating and facilitating alignment between regional and local work. Pitman and her family currently live in Berkeley, CA.
