Quality and Patient Safety Project Manager – Columbia University Medical Center
Jacky Chen is the Quality and Patient Safety Project Manager for ColumbiaDoctors, The Faculty Practice Organization of Columbia University Irving Medical Center. In this role, he is responsible for the successful implementation of quality and patient safety initiatives in the 1,800 provider multi-specialty ambulatory care practice across more than 230 specialties and subspecialties. With a diverse background in project management, he has championed initiatives in healthcare systems, healthcare consulting, and the U.S. military. Chen holds a Master of Health Administration from the Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health. He is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ), as well as a Project Management Professional and Certified Professional in Patient Safety.
