Johan has 30 years of public and private behavioral health sector experience. Working through Mental Health Outcomes, a consultancy specializing in the design and implementation of tools and processes to drive improved clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction for behavioral health facilities across the U.S., Johan encourages behavioral health leaders to re-imagine clinical data more inquisitively and effectively. A Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) member of the National Association for Healthcare Quality, Johan has served on the National Association for Behavioral Healthcare’s Quality Committee and Technical Advisory Panels for the Joint Commission and Centers for Medicare & Medicaid supporting publicly reported measures for Inpatient Psychiatric Services.
