Williams, who has her Master’s Degree in Nursing from the Johns Hopkins School of Nursing, is the Quality & Regulatory Coordinator for the Department of Emergency Medicine at the Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, MD. In her role as the Quality and Regulatory Coordinator, she manages various quality improvement initiatives focused on the care of stroke and sepsis patients. She strives to continuously implement the most current evidence-based practice to ensure the best possible care for patients in the Emergency Department. She has published articles in both the Journal of Emergency Nursing and Journal of Pediatric Nursing. Williams also has a background in supporting government funded initiatives at a global level, specifically targeted at improving the health and wellbeing of women and children around the world.
