2022 NAHQ Secretary/Treasurer

Kirkpatrick is director, quality management, for Prospero Health, where she leads quality and performance improvement programming for the innovative, multi-state, home-based serious illness provider. Her responsibilities include collaborating with all organizational leaders in developing a quality management program that includes quality improvement strategies, measurement, monitoring and governance. Kirkpatrick has held executive quality positions in commercial, Medicare and Medicaid managed care plans, including employer-based healthcare providers and population health companies. She was also co-founder of a clinical advocacy case management company. From her base in Spring Hill, Tennessee, Kirkpatrick serves as secretary/treasurer for NAHQ, is a member of the steering committee for NashvilleHealth, and serves on various national technical advisory panels for Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services and the National Committee for Quality Assurance (NCQA) supporting development of LTSS Distinction standards, dual/MLTSS and LTSS HEDIS measures, as well as updating the current CHIP/Medicaid scorecard. She is also a co-author of two U.S. patents related to the integration of virtual and medical group care delivery.
