
Stephanie Coneybear, PMP
Director, Quality and Safety Operations – Piedmont Healthcare
As the Director of Quality & Safety Operations at Piedmont Healthcare, Stephanie and her team of Project Managers are responsible for leading system-wide efforts supporting key functional areas including Performance Improvement, Accreditation, Medical Staff, Professional Practice Evaluation, and Clinical Integration on the path to zero harm. She is also responsible for the administration of the Leapfrog Hospital Survey and Safety Grade program across all hospitals comprising the Piedmont Healthcare system. Stephanie is an experienced professional with an extensive project management background and a demonstrated history of successful implementation of cross-functional initiatives. Prior to joining Piedmont in 2016, she gained experience across various industries including Beverage, Financial, Mobile Device Management, Warehouse Management, and Consulting. Stephanie attended the Georgia Institute of Technology where she obtained her bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering. She is a certified black belt in quality process improvement and a certified project management professional (PMP). Outside of work, Stephanie and her husband are busy raising 2 wonderful little girls and she enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
