Cooper has 21 years nursing experience with the last 8 years being in Quality and Safety as a quality coordinator at Rochester Regional Health. Cooper is passionate about improving patient safety which has lead her to this career path and recent success in obtaining her Certified Professional in Patient Safety. Almost half of her Quality and Safety career has been with United Memorial Medical Center, a rural hospital in the Rochester Regional Health organization. Leading United Memorial Medical Center in this population health project has been the highlight of her career.
