Christine Victorian, RN

I am a Registered Nurse with thirty years of experience, serving as the Director of Quality Programs, a Daisy Award recipient, and a leadership coach at Harris Health System. I obtained a Bachelors and a Master of Science degree in Nursing Administration and Education and pursuing a Doctor of Nursing Practice. I have devoted twenty-five years to patients in managed care, population health, disease management, and healthcare quality. My certifications include Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and Certified Managed Care Nurse (CMCN). My professional affiliations include Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing, the American Nurses Association, the American Society of Quality, the National Association of Healthcare Quality, and a past board member: Texas Gulf Coast Association for Healthcare Quality. I currently serve on the Advisory Board for the National Quality Forum (NQF). This is why I am uniquely qualified to present this information to the NAHQ audience.
