Senior Quality RN – Northern Arizona Healthcare

As a Quality RN, I have served my two hospitals by developing and leading multiple interdisciplinary process improvement committees such as C. diff, CLABSI, CAUTI, and many others. Through best practice and commitment, the strategies and tactics deployed on these committees have resulted in tremendous outcomes in infection prevention and patient safety. More specifically, Flagstaff Medical Center again was ranked #1 (Best in STATE) for lowest CLABSI, CAUTI, and MRSA healthcare-associated infections. CDIFF as well high performing (#7 in AZ, with performance in top quartile) for FY23, with FY24TD quite similar thus far.
