Marissa Broadley, MPH, MSEd, RN, CIC, CPHQ, CPPS, LSSGBH is the Director of Infection Prevention at Saratoga Hospital in Saratoga Springs, NY. She received a BS in Psychobiology from Binghamton University, a BSN from Dominican College, a MSEd from Mercy College and a MPH from New York Medical College. Marissa is a registered nurse and Board Certified in Infection Prevention and Control. She recently became a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality and Certified Professional in Patient Safety. Prior to working at Saratoga Hospital, she worked in the NY Metro Area in Disease Control and Prevention for the Rockland County Department of Health and for the Montefiore and New York Presbyterian Health Systems as an Infection Preventionist. She is active in her local APIC chapter, Northeastern NY and is currently the President. She has also served on the APIC National Conference Committee.
