Meredith Borak, DNP, RN, CPHQ, CPPS, LSSGBH

Meredith Borak, DNP, RN is the Associate Vice President of Quality Support Services for Saratoga Hospital. She has extensive clinical and leadership experience in critical care, resuscitation performance and outcomes, risk management and quality improvement. Her current responsibilities include leading the development, strategy and execution of patient safety and quality initiatives within Saratoga Hospital. As an affiliate of Albany Med Health System, Borak has also been instrumental in the systematic approach to quality improvement by leading numerous system- wide quality improvement initiatives including a Sepsis and Mortality Collaborative. Borak holds certifications in healthcare Quality, Patient Safety and is a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt in Healthcare.
