Terri Savino is a NAHQ fellow, a certified professional in healthcare quality and certified professional in patient experience, with 25 years experience in healthcare quality. Savino has been a member of NAHQ for the past 27 years, and is honored to be the recipient of the NAHQ Luc R. Pelletier Healthcare Quality Award and the NAHQ Claire Clover Distinguished Member Award.
Savino is the Director of Service Excellence and Patient Experience at Middlesex Health in Connecticut. She has experience at podium and poster presentations at National Conferences, including, NAHQ, IHI, Magnet, and American Hospital Association (HRET). Savino is a graduate of Ona M. Wilcox School of Nursing, and received her BSN from Central Connecticut State University, MSN from Sacred Heart University, and DNP at Capella University.
