As board certified and bachelor’s prepared nurse, I actively lead quality improvement initiatives on our adult psychiatry inpatient unit through active engagement as chair of our shared governance council and as charge. Over the past 5 years I have primarily worked in mental health nursing, utilization review, and SANE nursing.
