Jennifer Sather brings more than fifteen years of clinical experience to leading quality improvement initiatives that impact the health system’s performance in publicly reported metrics such as hospital inquired infections, readmissions, falls with injury, and sepsis. Jennifer obtained her Master of Science in Nursing degree with a focus on Clinical Nurse Leadership in 2015, and recently became a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality. Prior to transitioning to her current role, Jennifer was the critical care nurse educator providing education, supporting on-boarding, and facilitating clinical improvement projects for four different critical care units. In 2021, Jennifer transitioned to her current role supporting quality improvement on a larger scale for the entire health system. Throughout Jennifer’s tenure, she has been enthusiastic about leading teams to successful outcomes of reducing patient harm.
