NAHQ next FAQ

To claim CE from the event, you must complete a session survey for the session you participated in.

To access the evaluation:

  • Log into your NAHQ account.
  • Once logged in, click My Account
  • Click My Learning
  • Click My Events
  • Find the event (either Live NAHQ Next or NAHQ Next On-Demand)
  • Click Claim Session under the event title.
  • On the next page, you will click Add for any session you viewed to access the session’s survey.
  • Once the survey is completed, you will receive CE for the session.
  • DO NOT submit the overall event survey until you have added and reviewed all your attended sessions. Once the overall event survey is completed, you will not be able to access the session reviews.
  • If you are applying this activity to your recertification, it may take up to an hour for your information to appear within your recertification record.

If you purchased and participated in NAHQ next 2023 Live, you will have access to replay the sessions until 12/31/2023.

If you purchase NAHQ next 2023 On-Demand, you will get access for  60 days from purchase, not from the day it was first accessed.

NAHQ next 2023 Live

  • Please note, NAHQ next Live is only available for purchase from June through September 15, 2023. Early bird pricing will end Monday, July 31, 2023.
  • Information and prices for NAHQ next 2024 have not been published yet. Once posted, the pricing can be found on the Events and Conferences page.

NAHQ next 2023 On-Demand:

  • NAHQ next 2023 On-Demand is available for purchase, beginning the end of September, until July 13, 2024.
  • You will get access to NAHQ Next 2023 On-Demand for 60 days from purchase, not from the day it was first accessed.
  • Once purchased, you will be emailed a link to access the on-demand virtual platform.

The Call for Abstracts typically opens in mid-January and closes in early March.

Once the abstract submission site is live, a link will be provided.

Criteria for successful completion includes participating in the entirety of the session as well as completing and submitting the full event evaluation form. Partial credit will be awarded.

38 CPHQ CE and CNE credits will be awarded.

Live sessions range from .75 CPHQ CE/CNE to 1 CPHQ CE/CNE/ACHE per session.
60-Minute On-Demand sessions count for 1 CPHQ CE/CNE/ACHE per session.
HQ Tool sessions count for .25 CPHQ CE/CNE per session.
Poster sessions count for .10 CPHQ CE/CNE per session.

This nursing continuing professional development activity was approved by the Virginia Nurses Association, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation. The VNA-CEA Approval Number is 23-08-03S
Nursing contact hours will be awarded for completion of this activity until September 9, 2024.
There are no relevant financial relationships with ineligible companies for those with the ability to control the content of this activity.

Participants may earn up to 24 ACHE Qualified Education Hours toward initial certification or recertification of the Fellow of the American College of Healthcare Executives (FACHE) designation.

Registration

Yes, if your submission is accepted you must pay your own registration fee. There are no discounts or unique registrations for speakers. Everyone will be registering as an attendee.

No, only one person must register to speak at the conference.

Member - Individual fee: $479

Nonmember - Individual fee: $579

Currently, NAHQ only offers discounts to groups of five or larger or NAHQ members.

Access to NAHQ next Platform and Event Materials

We do not currently have a printable version of the NAHQ next agenda. We will be providing a program guide that will include a printable agenda in August.

Until then, you can view the agenda on our website.

Access to the NAHQ next event platform will be available shortly before the event. You will receive an email from NAHQ with those details closer to the event in September.

Yes, the week of NAHQ next an attendee list will be made available. This will not include contact information. Once in the event platform, attendees can communicate with one another. An attendee must opt-in to have their information shared. NAHQ does not share attendee contact information.

Abstracts

All submitters will be informed of reviewers' decision no lather than early May.

We can no longer accept any submissions. The submission period is typically mid-January through March so be sure to keep an eye out for our announcements for 2024.

Sponsorship/Exhibitors

NAHQ next 2023 will again be fully virtual so we will not be having any exhibitors.

We are not offering any sponsorships for NAHQ next 2023.
