In 2018, as the Quality Assurance Manager, I worked with the Director of Quality for our Federally Qualified Community Health Center to develop and deploy a structure for ongoing clinical site visits to review the compliance and quality of our primary care medical and dental programs across 20 service locations. These internal site visits, which we call ‘C-Qual’ (Compliance and Quality Assurance) continue to occur twice a year and support on-going compliance, standardization, and process improvement across all service lines.
