Cary West, PT, DPT

Cary West brings a unique blend of clinal experience, data analytics, process improvement, change management, and communication skills that have helped develop me as a leader. He began his career as a physical therapist at the VA, working in nursing homes, acute care, and outpatient settings during his six years of clinical work. These front-line clinical experiences allow me to better understand VA across the continuum of care. He uses this experience and data analytic skills to effectively present data interpretations while understanding the clinical relevance. He has worked with senior leaders since 2016, collaborating across services and front-line staff. Blending all of these strengths, he bridges the gap between the front line and executives to understand the problems and generate solutions while presenting them in a relevant and actionable way.
