Enterprise Improvement Advisor – Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia
Derek is an enterprise improvement advisor with the Center for Healthcare Quality and Analytics (CHQA) at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia. He has led large-scale, multi-disciplinary quality improvement initiatives with successful outcomes in the following areas that include Behavioral Health, Emergency Services, Oncology, Primary Care, Social Work, Genetics, Patient and Family Experience, and Supply Chain. He has his lean six sigma green belt certification and has published posters at various conferences that include the Institute for Healthcare Improvement (IHI) and Children’s Hospital Association (CHA).
