Heather Starbuck is a master-prepared critical care RN with 15.5 years of experience as an RN. They have a background in progressive care, critical care, and nursing leadership. They have been in the MICU as the Assistant Nurse Manager since 10/2022. They have led previous performance improvement initiatives including piloting John Hopkin’s Activity and Mobility Promotion program within the Medical-Oncology ICU. They worked alongside our performance improvement colleagues to implement the CLABSI project within the MICU.
