Kay Calloway is the Director of Process Improvement, Leading Organizational Excellence with the Veterans Health Administration. She is a Certified Hospice and Palliative Care Nurse. Her clinical background is in geriatrics and palliative care. She is certified in Lean and Lean Six Sigma with a certificate in project management. She is an active advocate within VHA, supporting improved care outcomes for veterans. Calloway earned her graduate degree at Capella University and a BSN in nursing at the University of Wyoming.
