Kerilyn Bartoloma, RN, MSN, CCRN is a clinical quality improvement specialist at North Shore University Hospital (NSUH). She has a past employment history of nine years as a bedside nurse at NSUH, the past seven of them working in an Intensive Care Unit (ICU) floating between all ICUs in the hospital. She received her Master of Science in Nursing Education in 2022. In her current role in quality management, she works to maintain patient safety and performance improvements hospital-wide using data-driven initiatives in compliance with Joint Commission standards. She also has a focus on solid organ transplantation patient safety and performance improvement in conjunction with UNOS requirements.
