Director of Data Analytics – Adirondacks ACO
Morris is the Director, Data Analytics for Adirondack Health Institute (AHI) and the Adirondacks Accountable Care Organization (ACO). In this position she leads a cross-organizational analytics team to support 1) the ACO providers in clinical quality improvement and managing value-based contract outcomes and 2) AHI’s grant programs in tracking population health status and outcomes. Prior to this position, she worked as the data analyst in her local community hospital’s Quality Management department following a decade of working on quality measurement at the New York State Department of Health and Office of Mental Health. Prior to that, she managed the evaluation and analysis portions of grant-funded projects that were focused on treatments and interventions for the mentally ill, homeless, and other disadvantaged populations. This career path has provided her with a breadth of experience in measuring and evaluating health outcomes utilizing a myriad of different data types and sources.
