Lauren Robbins has been a Medical ICU nurse for the past seven and a half years, three of which were as a staff educator in the COVID ICU during the COVID pandemic. She has witnessed first-hand the challenges of the bedside RN in today’s healthcare environment and can speak to the barriers and successes of the current nursing world.
