Lindsay Harmon-Matthews, PT, DPT, MPH, CPHQ is Rehabilitation Services Associate Director of Quality and Outcomes at Ohio State University’S Wexner Medical Center. Dr. Harmon-Matthews manages the quality assurance and improvement program for the Wexner Medical Center’s Rehabilitation Services department, spanning all acute and outpatient therapy services. Working with Rehab Services leadership and staff, Lindsay has coordinated and led process improvement initiatives that span from documentation enhancements, revenue cycle denial prevention strategies, and operational efficiencies, to standardization of patient reported outcomes collection and clinical care pathway development. She is passionate about creating meaningful, data-driven improvements that positively impact the lives of patients and staff.
