Mary Harnish has been a nurse for nine years. I have clinical experience in both med/surg and intensive care. She spent a short period of time working in the risk management department and from there completed a two-year Healthcare Administration Fellowship through the University of Pennsylvania Health System. She currently works as the director of patient safety for Lancaster General Health, with a focus on ambulatory spaces.
