Morgan Savage, MHA

Morgan Savage is an early careerist and the current Administrative Fellow at Memorial Health. During my Administrative Fellowship, they have been involved in a multitude of experiences in supporting and executing initiatives that promote both operational priorities and strategic innovative solutions. Additionally, throughout their experience as Administrative Fellow, they have conducted multiple analytical, process-improvement, operations management, and systems-design projects to strengthen the organization. These experiences have provided me with an informed understanding of the current and ongoing complexities of the healthcare system and the leadership skills necessary to navigate them successfully. In addition, their education in healthcare management and policy has given them a solid foundation in the principles and practices of effective healthcare leadership. They have flourished in their experience by utilizing and growing their skillset of project management, data analysis, research presentation, operational execution, and communication.
