Ross Feinman, MSN, RN, EMT-P, is the senior manager of quality management and performance improvement at North Shore University Hospital in Manhasset, NY, Adjunct Associate Professor of Nursing at Long Island University as well as a Practicing Paramedic. Ross’s areas of focus include Emergency Department Performance Improvement, Patient and Staff Safety as well as understanding and analyzing root causes to patient safety events. Ross holds a BS in Nursing from Binghamton University and a masters in nursing from Empire State College. Currently, he leads a team of Quality professionals responsible for the Sandra Atlas Bass Heart Hospital, Cardiology, LVAD, and ECMO as well as Lung, Heart, and Liver Transplant, Sepsis, and Critical Care.
