
Sarah Mabus, MLA
Project Manager – Atrium Health Levine Children’s
Sarah Mabus, MLA, is the project manager for the Center for Advancing Pediatric Excellence at Atrium Health Levine Children’s, where she oversees a team of QI coaches and data analysts. With over 20 years of experience in curriculum development and program planning, including 13 years in health care QI, Sarah manages a variety of projects and educational initiatives for residents and staff, including the LCH Quality Improvement Coaching Conference for fellows and faculty from institutions nationwide. She has presented QI coaching strategies at the Institute for Healthcare Improvement Annual Forum and at the National Association for Healthcare Quality Annual Conference. Some of her most recent work includes grants focused on improving mental health screening and on using QI to improve access to care for families impacted by social determinants of health. Sarah received her Bachelor of Arts degree in English and History from Franklin & Marshall College in Lancaster, PA, and her Master of Liberal Arts from Johns Hopkins University in Baltimore, MD.
