Scott West has been in the Medical ICU for twenty years. They spent six years of those years as a bedside critical care nurse and the remainder of that time in leadership. CLABSI reduction has been their goal every year since they took on a leadership role, and they have witnessed many CLABSI reduction projects both successful and unsuccessful.
