Stuart H. Fine served for 30+ years as a health system CEO in North Carolina and Pennsylvania, in both rural and metropolitan settings . He subsequently served for 7 years as Associate Professor & Director of Healthcare Management Programs for Temple University’s School of Business (MBA) and College of Public Health (MPH). Fine has also served on and chaired governing boards of numerous regional and national not-for-profit, health related entities and associations. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Health Planning & Administration from The Pennsylvania State University, a Master of Business Administration – Health Administration from Temple University, and a Doctorate in Health Administration from Medical University of South Carolina.
