Medical Director of Quality, Safety & Process Improvement – Thirty Madison (KMG)

Patel serves as Medical Director of Quality, Safety and Process Improvement at Thirty Madison. She earned her Medical Degree from King’s College London, after which she practiced in the United Kingdom’s National Health Service, spearheading quality and patient safety initiatives. Thereafter, she completed her Master of Public Health degree from Harvard University. Her expertise in optimizing care delivery is marked by applying her learnings from the National Health Service and pioneering pivotal initiatives related to system-wide care pathways, increasing access and reducing medical waste for National Payer and Academic Medical Centers in the United States. Since then, Trusha has taken on leadership roles within telemedicine organizations, as she is passionate about providing affordable, accessible, quality care. She enjoys being at the forefront of innovation and creating systems for efficient, equitable patient care. She has published articles in the British Medical Journal and for the PricewaterhouseCoopers’ Health Research Institute.
