William Boswell is a reliability engineer for Bon Secours Mercy Health in Richmond, VA. He is responsible for delivering continuous improvement expertise to advance the success of Quality, Safety, and Reliability opportunities and improve system-level key performance indicators. Eric has been with Bon Secours since 2018, spending time as a process engineer and performance improvement specialist. Prior to working in healthcare, he spent 8 years in the plastics manufacturing industry where he developed a passion for lean process improvement techniques.
