Ana Esteban is Director for Quality Improvement and Regulatory Compliance for ColumbiaDoctors – The Faculty Practice Organization of Columbia University Irving Medical Center in New York City. She is responsible for the management and leadership oversight to the ColumbiaDoctors quality improvement and regulatory compliance programs geared to promote excellence in the ~ 2,000-provider multi-specialty ambulatory care practice. A Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) and a recipient of the 2021 Luc R Pelletier Award for Improving Organizational Performance for leading the ColumbiaDoctors Opioid Initiative. She also served as a committee member of NAHQ’s Competencies Commission and Job Task Force Analysis.
