Anne Brittain, PhD, RT(R )(M)(QM), CPHQ, FASRT
Director of Quality Improvement and Outcomes – Inova Health System
Anne Brittain is the director of quality improvement and outcomes at Inova Health System in Falls Church, Virginia. Anne received her Bachelor of Health Science in Radiography at the University of Missouri in Columbia. She also received her Master of Education and PhD in Career Education at the University of Missouri in Columbia. She is certified and registered in radiography, mammography, and quality management by the ARRT. She is also a certified professional in healthcare quality by the Healthcare Quality Certification Commission and has a Lean/Six Sigma green belt. She was elevated to Fellow of the American Society of Radiologic Technologists in June 2015. Anne has been very active in professional organizations. She has served on and chaired many committees on the state and national level. She has served a quality management delegate to the ASRT House of Delegates and chair of the Quality Management Chapter. She served on the board of directors of the Missouri Society of Radiologic Technologists for 10 years. Anne is a past president of the South Carolina Association of Healthcare Quality.
