Jasmine Hickman, BSN, MHA, RN CCM, is a quality and safety professional with over 16 years of healthcare experience. Throughout her career, she has developed expertise in practitioner engagement for quality assurance and improvement. In her current role as a Care Delivery Quality & Safety Manager at Ro, a direct-to-consumer telehealth company, she is responsible for strategic planning and direction of the Quality Assurance Peer Review Committee. She directs organization-wide practitioner audits to promote platform and quality of care improvements over punitive measures by improving patient safety, reducing errors, and promoting continuous improvement through an effective and efficient peer review process. She focuses on creating a Just Culture of Safety at Ro and has successfully increased practitioner participation and peer feedback through the practitioner quality program. She partners closely with all levels of the organization to ensure Ro provides a learning culture focused on improving patient safety and quality of care to focus on the spirit of improvement and constructive feedback.
