Jillian Haase is a Customer Experience (CX) Designer at Priority Health. She co-leads Human Centered Design training for the organization and applies these principles to her own improvement projects to drive innovative thinking and solutions. Jillian is celebrating her 17th year as a nurse and has worked in various clinical roles including the Neuro Intensive Care Unit, Open Heart Surgery and Clinical Informatics. Prior to becoming a CX Designer, Jillian was a Quality Improvement Manager leading a team of 1twelve Improvement Specialists in achieving strategic quality improvement goals for an $8B healthcare organization. Jillian recently graduated with her Executive MBA degree in June 2024 and received her CPHQ certification in March 2020. In her free time, Jillian enjoys spending time with family and exploring the shores of Lake Michigan.
