Julie Veluya, MPH, CPHQ

Julie Veluya is the Manager for Quality Improvement and Regulatory Compliance for ColumbiaDoctors  ̶  The Faculty Practice Organization of Columbia University Irving Medical Center in New York City. Her nearly 20 years of experience includes work in research, quality management, program management, and reporting oversight in hospital and ambulatory care settings as well as with the New York City Health Department. In her current role, she supports quality improvement activities across ColumbiaDoctors clinical practices and ensures compliance with requirements from regulatory and accreditation agencies, including the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), the Department of Health, The Joint Commission, and QuadA. Julie Veluya holds a Master of Public Health from Columbia University Mailman School of Public Health and is a Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ).
