Keith LaChance serves as Manager of Outpatient Quality/Emergency Preparedness Officer at Memorial Hermann Health System in Houston, TX. In this role, Keith is responsible for the leadership and oversight of outpatient Quality, Patient Safety, Risk Management, Process Improvement, Regulatory Compliance and Emergency Preparedness. Previously, Keith served as Clinical Operations Manager at TIRR Memorial Hermann and has 20 years of rehabilitation leadership experience within acute and post-acute care settings. Keith holds a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Washington University in St. Louis and an MBA from Tarleton State University. He has been a member of the National Association for Healthcare Quality (NAHQ) since 2018.
