Kelly Glass is a dynamic healthcare executive with a passion for creating synergies across care delivery and financing to enable people to access high quality, safe, and affordable care. She currently serves as the Vice President of Enterprise Clinical Quality at Highmark Health, a $26 billion integrated health organization that employs more than 40,000 people.

In her current role, Kelly is accountable for establishing and executing the vision, strategy, governance structure, operating model, and measurement system to improve the health outcomes of all populations served by Highmark Health. She collaborates extensively with clinical and other executives on the design and implementation of innovative solutions to the most challenging issues facing health care organizations. This work draws on Kelly’s 20+ years of leadership experiences in building, optimizing, and transforming capabilities to support high quality, safe care in the payor and provider spaces.

Kelly continuously seeks opportunities to expand and diversify her experiences and the perspectives of the organization, and to develop others. She is a Fellow of The Advisory Board and a graduate of Leadership Pittsburgh’s Leadership Development Initiative. She sponsors Highmark Health’s relationship with the Institute for Healthcare Improvement and partners with other national quality improvement organizations to advance shared priorities.
