Kimberly Sanchez, RN, PhD, CCRN-K, ACCNS-AG

Clinical Nurse Specialist – Keck Medicine of USC

Kimberly is a clinical nurse specialist for a medical intensive care unit as well

as an inpatient rehabilitation unit. She has almost 15 years of experience in

critical care. She received her Doctor of Philosophy in Nursing Science and her

Master of Science in Nursing from the University of San Diego and her Bachelor of

Science in Nursing from Mount St. Mary’s College in Los Angeles. Kimberly is

certified by the American Association of Critical-Care Nurses as an ACCNS-AG and a

CCRN-K. As an adult- gerontology CNS at Keck, Kimberly assists in implementing

evidence-based practices and improving processes to decrease hospital-acquired

conditions and improve patient outcomes.
