For most of our organizations we rely on three separate Quality data sets to monitor how well we are doing and plan improvements. Unfortunately, these three: Incident Reports, Dashboards and Compliance Audits & Tracers rarely have the chance to mix and mingle. In this presentation we will look at an approach to “Getting your Incident Reports, Dashboards, Tracers and Audits to all Dance Together”.
In this hands-on session, we will explore these three data sets, anchor the vital role of a common set of processes, and demonstrate how to use Burden/Impact and standardization as part of your tool kit. Our focus will be on management math and data communication rather than detailed statistics. From a career building standpoint, you will have a better understanding of these three data sets and some tools to analyze and communicate what they are individually and collectively trying to tell us.
