Stephanie completed her undergraduate nursing studies at Grand Valley State University and her Master of Science in Nursing from Michigan State University. Stephanie has 20 years of experience in the emergency setting and is a Certified Healthcare Quality Professional and Board Certified as an emergency nurse and adult-gerontology clinical nurse specialist. Stephanie has extensive experience in systems leadership, healthcare quality, process improvement, change management, electronic health record design, and the translation of evidence into best practice. Stephanie is passionate about ensuring that individuals with emergent or urgent health care needs receive high-quality care. At Emergency Care Specialists, Stephanie partners with physician executives to lead, develop, drive, and implement evidence-based clinical projects and programs to improve quality outcomes for patients and clinicians.
