In her role as Population Health Quality Medical Director at Advocate Physician
Partners, Dr. Tanna is responsible for driving quality performance by aligning clinical
incentives with payer metrics, engaging clinicians in improved care and documentation
of risk-adjusted chronic conditions, and leveraging EMR capabilities to optimize
clinical workflows. She works in close partnership with a team of Quality operational
leaders and a robust population health medical director team across Illinois and
Wisconsin. She has over 25 years of clinical experience in family medicine, in both
private practice and as an employed physician with Advocate Medical Group. She hopes to
help optimize care models as the healthcare industry transitions from volume to value.
